ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025 and subsequently, direct the respondents to cancel the fraudulent sale deed vide document No.1383 of 2025, Sub Registrar Office, Thirumayam.

2. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
