PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the third respondent herein not to interfere in the civil dispute in respect of the property comprised in Sur.Nos.123/1 and 126/6 situated at Thiruppuvanam Pudur Group, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District and Consequently direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry in pursuance of the complaint lodged by the respondents 5 to 7.
