Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents Nos.1 to 4 herein to take appropriate action against the Respondents 5 to 7 herein to operate their Bus Services bearing Nos.TN-45AK-9994, TN-45AW-3317, TN-45AT-7499 to the Villages, i.e., Karumalai, Vaiyampatti and Kavalkarapatty, Trichy District as per permit and time Schedule by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 02.02.2016.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM ,J.) Alleging that respondents 5 to 7 are not running transport buses in keeping with terms of the permit issued to them, petitioner has sought a mandamus directing respondents 5 to 7 to operate their bus services bearing Nos.TN-45AK-9994, TN-45AW-3317, TN-45AT-7499 to the Villages, i.e. Karumalai, Vaiyampatti and Kavalkarapatty, Trichy District, by considering his representation, dated 02.02.2016.

2. The communications of the first respondent, dated 04.02.2016, that of the respondents 2 and 3, dated 19.02.2016 and that of the 4th respondent, dated 18.02.2016, which are to be found in the typed set, inform that the complaint of the petitioner, has received the attention of the authorities, who have called for motor vehicle inspector's reports. In one instance, the complaint against the particular individual, namely Raman, has been brought to such person's notice and an explanation has been sought.

3. We trust that the authorities will require the respective motor vehicle inspectors to submit their reports at an early date and ensure that the matter reaches its logical end as expeditiously as possible. With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
