ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.185 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam in PRC.No.211 of 2022.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within the time stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
