took place between the petitioners and the third respondent. Pursuant to the same, several disputes arose between them. In this regard, the petitioners made a complaint before the second respondent police on 18.07.2024, and the same was registered as C.S.R. No. 532 of 2024. Based on the enquiry, the first and second respondents harassed the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is filed not to harass the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry in respect of C.S.R.No.532 of 2024 has already been conducted and the same was closed as civil in nature.

5.In view of the same, nothing survives with respect to the complaint made by the petitioner on 18.07.2024 before the 2nd respondent Police. 6.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, categorically contended that once the matter is closed unless and until a fresh complaint is received from any of the parties, there is no necessity for respondents 1 and 2 to interfere with the same and hence, the submission of the petitioners is not sustainable.
