This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that based on the complaint lodged by the private respondent, the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry as against this petitioner in CSR No. 897 of 2024 and the same was closed on 30.07.2024, since it is a money dispute.
