This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order passed by Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in EP NO.106/2013 in OS NO.61 of 2001 dated 19.11.2014 and set aside the same.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/Respondents and to punish them for their willful disobedience of the order dated 05.04.2019 made in C.R.P.(MD)No.894 of 2015.

2.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 05.04.2019, in C.R.P.(MD)No.894 of 2015, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD).No.1229 of 2019 respondents remove the encroachment in both the survey numbers. They produced photographs and filed status report before this Court to that effect. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondents.
