This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the petitioner Two Wheeler Vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN 65 AK 0060 which was seized by the 3rd respondent on 30.04.2023 in pursuance to the registration of case in Crime No.126 of 2023, on the file of the 3rd respondent forthwith in accordance with law by considering the representation, dated 12.07.2023. 2/6

2. The learned Government Pleader submitted that after registering of FIR on 30.04.2023, a charge sheet was filed on 02.05.2023. Now, the case has been numbered as STC 3641 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate 1, Ramanadhapuram.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a petition before the Judicial Magistrate 1, Ramanathapuram, in above said STC case for the release of vehicle. The said application shall be considered as per law within the reasonable time.

4. With the above said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
