Na.Ka.No.5004/E2/2021, dated 15.11.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to refrain from highlighting and indicating that the petitioner's documents vide document Nos.2431/2021 and 2452/2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent's office as fraudulent documents to refrain from restricting registration of any further documents on the basis of the alleged fraudulent documents and to refrain from registering a case in police station as against the executors of the alleged fraudulent documents.
