Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was called upon by the passport authority to appear in person and produce certain original documents. Without doing so, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.

3. The petitioner's rights have not been affected in any manner and he is only called upon to appear and produce. He is therefore to abide by the direction set out in the communication dated 04.08.2022, particularly clause 2 thereof.

4. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the authority on 26.08.2022 at 11.00 a.m. along with all the relevant documents. The first respondent shall consider the petitioner's explanation and give a disposal considering the petitioner's request for issuance of additional pages. 2/4
