This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from in any manner laying the thar road under the AGMT 2024-25 in petitioner own patta property comprised in S.No.159/3A situated at Suryanar Kovil Village, Thiruvidaimarudur Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner representation dated 08.07.2024.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 produced a copy of the proceedings dated 06.06.2025 and submitted that the administrative approval granted for laying the road has been withdrawn and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
