ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption ''Extension of Time for Lower Court"and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 02.11.2021 and 19.10.2023 and upon perusing the letter received from the Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil in D.No.886/2023, dated 18.12.2023 through the III Additional District Judge, Principal District Judge, (i/c), Tirunelveli in D.No.24148/2023, dated 22.12.2023, seeking further time of three months to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.316 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.316 of 2011.

2. The learned Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil, sent a letter dated 15.12.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.316 of 2011, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.11.2021. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Munsif, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three 2/4

months time is extended for disposing the suit in O.S.No.316 of 2011 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
