ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD) No. 249 of 2014, dated 28.01.2019 confirming the order of the learned III Additional District Judge (PCR), Madurai in Spl.S.C.No. 52 of 2008, dated 11.03.2014 and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the third respondent to provide the compensation to the victim.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issue to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD) No. 249 of 2014, dated 28.01.2019. 3.On perusal of the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.249 od 2014 dated 28.09.2019, it is seen that this Court directed the accused to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation to the child/Rithika without prejudice to her civil right to proceed against the revision petitioner/accused. 2/4

However, there is no direction issued by this Court against the first respondent herein.

4.Therefore, the prayer sought for cannot be entertained. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
