Crime No.73 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The allegation as against this petitioner is that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and one Karumuthu Ramanathan and when the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, who is a Head Constable of the respondent police, the petitioner along with the other accused has abused him and also attacked him.

3.The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court considering the nature of offence.

4. Considering the nature of offence and since there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
