Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner on considering the petitioner's representations dated 08.05.2015 and 31.08.2015 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner by considering his representations dated 08.05.2015 and 31.08.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he has submitted representations dated 08.05.2015 and 31.08.2015 to the second respondent for revocation of suspension and the same is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

4.Considering the above said facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.05.2015 and 31.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
