PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1725 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 17.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 392 and 397 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
