Challenging the order passed by the first respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner to conduct Adalpadal program on 05.08.2024 in connection with ''Sri Kannadiyan Swamy Temple festival in Theethan Pettai Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2024. 2.Today(05.06.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported on either side that the matter has now become infructuous since the period is already over and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
