This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.36 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram, the case has been closed as " Action Dropped" on 09.03.2019 and RCS was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. The copy of the RCS has also been sent to the petitioner through postal on 19.12.2020. 3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve the copy of RDO report to the learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
