O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 10.08.2021 passed in I.A.No.691 of 2019 in O.S.No.484 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that though the Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, dated 10.08.2021, made in I.A.No.691 of 2019 in O.S.No.484 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, he would pray for a direction to the trial Court, to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and that he is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the suit O.S.No.484 of 2017 pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(MD) No.1548 of 2021 5.With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
