2. It is alleged by the petitioner herein that on a complaint given by him, the respondent Police have registered a case in C.C.No.475 of 2022.
3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the Police will produce the witnesses as directed by the learned Magistrate.
4. Considering the circumstances and hearing of both sides, learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, is directed to dispose of the same as quickly as possible not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
