PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner, her family members and their residing house, situated in Door No.26/8, Sengulam colony, Palakkarai, Thirchirappalli, Thirchirappalli District, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.11.2020.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner, her family members and their residing house, situated in Door No.26/8, Sengulam colony, Palakkarai, Thirchirappalli, Thirchirappalli District, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.11.2020.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor,(Crl.side) on instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the enquiry revealed that the petitioner and the 3rd respondent are sisters and there is a civil dispute between them and hence they were advised to approach the appropriate civil forum for their remedy stating that the police will not interfere in the matter, the complaint was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15109 of 2020 4.As there was civil dispute between the parties, the police have rightly closed the complaint, directing the parties to approach the civil Court. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Civil Forum for her remedy and the police will not interfere with the above matter.
