ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 128 of 2014, on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No. 128 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No. 128 of 2014 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. After investigation, the same was closed as mistake of fact and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and the same is yet to be taken on file. RCS notice was also served to the complainant.

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report filed in this regard.
