ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9455 of 2026, dated 13.05.2026, wherein this Court has directed the petitioners therein to surrender within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, the order copy was uploaded only on 18.05.2026 and due to summer vacation, they could not surrender before the concerned Court and he seeks extension of time.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons in the petition, time is extended till 06.07.2026. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 22.06.2026 RJR Note:- Issue order copy on 23.06.2026 2/4
