Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2019 with regard to considered the claim of petitioner appointment on Compassionate Grounds and allow to Join Duty in the post of junior Drafting Officer with effect from the date of 23.07,2019 as per petitioner's joining report in the light of second respondent order made in No;S1/19564/2018; Dated; 09.07.2019 and to correct the order to implement the same in any place in Tamilnadu, within the time frame as fixed by this Court. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though the second respondent had issued appointment order to him on compassionate ground, posting order has not been issued so far. In this connection, the petitioner had also given a representation on 1/3

03.12.2020 seeking for posting order at the earliest. The nonconsideration of the representation has necessitated the petitioner to file the present writ petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the respondents to consider his representation dated 03.12.2020 within the stipulated time.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for such a direction and submitted that the same would be complied with.

4.In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2020, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
