PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/respondents herein for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.13620 of 2022 dated 12.07.2022. ORDER

and S.SRIMATHY, J.
The order of this Court dated 12.07.2022 directing the contemnors to give the copy of the sale certificate within a period of two weeks from the receipt of the order not complied and therefore, contempt petition was filed.
2. On earlier occasion, when the matter came up for consideration, this Court found that there is a gross violation of the order of this Court Page No.2 of 6
and therefore, cast notice to the contemnors. Pursuant to the notice, they were present and intimated the Court that they have released the sale certificate. To verify whether the sale certificate was received by the contempt petitioner, matter was ordered to be posted today.
3. Today, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner states that the contempt petitioner received sales certificate and based on that has has now filed an appeal and the same has been taken on file.
