Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's application No.2025/0123/13/012163, dated
13.05.2025, to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries in S.No.344/1, 344/2, 344/3, 344/4, 344/5, 344/6, 352/5B1, 353/1, 353/2, 353/3, 354/1C, 354/1D, and 343/1E, situated at Marambadi Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, based on petitioner's application. For Petitioner :

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider her application No.2025/0123/13/012163, dated 13.05.2025, to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey Nos.344/1, 344/2, 344/3, 344/4, 344/5, 344/6, 352/5B1, 353/1, 353/2, 353/3, 354/1C, 354/1D, and 343/1E, at Marambadi Village Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering her application, dated 13.05.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to her and the revenue records stand in her name. On the strength of the revenue records, she submitted an application before the respondents 1 and 2 on 13.05.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/13/012163, seeking survey of the
property. The same has not been considered. Hence, she has come before this Court.
3. Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner, dated 13.05.2025, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of fourteen weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, fourth respondent, neighbouring land owners, and other interested parties.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 04.07.2025 NCC :
