ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the objection petition filed by the petitioner dated 27.06.2025.

2. Even before this writ petition was filed, the respondents had already considered the matter vide proceedings dated 30.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No. 242/2025. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has preferred an appeal before the 2nd respondent to cancel the legal heir and include the name of the petitioner, and the same may be considered. Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the appeal as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
