This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6855 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.378 of 2026, dated 30.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
