PRAYER To set aside the order dated 12.06.2025 in CMP(MD). No.8582 of 2025 in CMA (MD) SR No.77733 of 2024 passed by this Honourable Court in dismissing the delay application for non payment of cost and to restore the same and thus render justice. ORDER :

This Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 12.06.2025 in C.M.P.(MD). No.8582 of 2025 in C.M.A.(MD).SR.No.77733 of 2024 passed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.This Court had passed a conditional order on 12.06.2025, while condoning the delay of 215 days in representation directing the petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this bench within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Due to non compliance of the above said order dated 12.06.2025, the petition was automatically dismissed. Hence, he prays with the above said prayer.

4.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed by setting aside the order dated 12.06.2025 in C.M.P.(MD).No.8582 of 2025 in C.M.A.(MD). 2/3
