Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District to consider and dispose of the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on the same day of its filing on his surrender through virtual video mode in connection with the case in crime No.114 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Koodankulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District. ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Anand, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) On Behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This court directed the petitioners to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 08.06.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.5734 of 2020. The petitioners have sought for further extension of time of two weeks.
