This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner with effect from 08.02.1990 notionally along with monetary benefits, on par with the similarly placed persons, in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.17780/AN2/2019, dated 20.11.2019, within the time limit.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.06.2020, to the second respondent, requesting him to regularise the service of the petitioner with effect from 08.02.1990 notionally along with monetary benefits, on par with the similarly placed persons, in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.17780/AN2/2019, dated 20.11.2019. However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.
4. Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.E.Mareesh Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4 and submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.06.2020, will be considered by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.06.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
