This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025. 2.Today(04.07.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that the third respondent has lodged a complaint as against this petitioner. Based on the complaint of the third respondent, the second respondent Police has conducted enquiry as current paper enquiry. The same was closed on 28.05.2025, as the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is a money dispute.

3.The petitioner has made allegation against the third respondent that the third respondent is again and again lodging similar complaint and the respondent Police are also harassing them. 2/4

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent Police to produce the complaint and copy of the closure report to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
