This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to take necessary action against the 6th respondent and other officials based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.08.2020.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a letter given by the petitioner on 25.08.2020, wherein, the petitioner had decided to withdraw the complaint on the undertaking given by the President of the Panchayat that the works pertaining to the panchayat has been done in a proper manner. It is further seen from the letter that the petitioner and the 6th respondent are related and therefore, the petitioner decided to withdraw the complaint.
3.In the light of the above submission, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 09.10.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No RR To
