This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Kanyakumari District @ Nagercoil, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

2.Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner and the respondent are husband and wife. Out of their wedlock they have been blessed with a male child. Due to some matrimonial dispute, the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2024, before the Family Court, Kanyakumari District @ Nagercoil. Since the petitioner is working abroad, he prays for a direction to the Family Court to expedite the trial. 5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Family Court, Kanyakumari District @ Nagercoil, to complete the case in H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible. 6.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
