Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second 1/4

respondent to issue financial registration certificate in the name of the petitioner Bank within a time limit as may be stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Ronald For R1 & R2 : Mr.D.Ghandiraj Special Government Pleader

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue financial registration certificate in the name of the petitioner Bank.

2. The writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the third respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents 3 and 4.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the case is now pending before the second respondent and the date is fixed for hearing on 10.07.2025. It is further submitted that if the petitioner makes suitable submission, appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.05.2025, in response to the application, dated 16.04.2025 of the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the respondents 3 and 4.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
