Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit in O.S.No.269 of 2012, on the file of the Sub Court, Srivilliputur, the revision petitioners / plaintiffs are before this Court.

Considering the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2012, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 269 of 2012, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
