Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner is the complainant in C.C.No.452 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. The petitioner wants this Court to withdraw the said case from the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and transfer it to any other Court in the neighbouring districts.

3.I went through the affidavit filed in support of the petition. I am not satisfied that a case has been made out for transfer. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the learned trial Magistrate is directed to expedite the proceedings and conclude the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
