No.7588 of 2019 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to personal difficulty, they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bail bond is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
