Prayer in Crl OP(MD) No.5366 of 2020 Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli to consider and dispose of the bail application to be filed by the Petitioner on the same day of its filing on his surrender through virtual video mode in connection with the case in Crime No.112 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Plice, Koodankulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District.
ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Anand, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.
This court by its order dated 18.05.2020, in Crl.OP(MD)No.5366 of 2020 directed the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

CRL MP(MD). No.7458of 2019 petitioner was not in a position to surrender and move a bail application before the jurisdictional Special Court within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks further time to surrender.
3. Considering the request made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender and move a bail application before the trial court, on or before 24.02.2021, failing which, the order passed by this Court, shall stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court.
