This writ petition is filed as against the show cause notice issued by the District Collector, Tirunelveli.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that final order has been passed and the explosive licence granted to the petitioner has also been cancelled and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4
