Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is a senior citizen. She had moved the Maintenance Tribunal. All that the petitioner wants is her application should be expeditiously disposed of.
4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is obliged to put the private respondents herein on notice before 2/4
