PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the respondent to investigate the FIR in Crime No.673 of 2021 and to file a final report in Crime No.673 of 2021 on the file of the respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.673 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506 (i) of I.P.C., however, subsequently, there is no substantial progress in the investigation. Thereby, sought for suitable directions.

3. The respondent Police through learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) reported that the investigation is about to be completed and within a short time, the respondent Police would file the charge sheet before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of record, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
