PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide Police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and her children by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2023. and her children as one Ramalakshmi, wife of Ramkumar, who is the neighbour of the petitioner, has been harassing the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that, Ramalakshmi, wife of the said Ramkumar, has suspecting that her husband Ramkumar was in relationship with the petitioner, thereby, the said Ramalakshmi along with her parents questioned the petitioner. It is submitted that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, they have summoned the said Ramalakshmi and others and the said enquiry will be completed shortly.

3. Considering the circumstances and taking into consideration the submissions made by both the parties and on perusal of the records, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to dispose of the representation dated 13.06.2023 given by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also the respondent Police are directed to provide police protection to the petitioner, if necessary. 24.07.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No tsg 2/4
