Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner claims title over the petition mentioned property by virtue of sale deed dated 03.10.1993. He had also put up a house thereon. He seeks issuance of patta. He had representation dated 06.06.2022. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and dispose of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
