ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to take necessary action upon the petition given by the petitioner herein dated 28.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proposed petitioners are demanded bribe amount for the purpose of supplying Milk, on that basis he made a complaint before the concerned respondent and the same was not properly considered. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3.Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by petitioner, enquiry has been undertaken by the second respondent and depending upon the out come of the enquiry, the further action has been taken against the concerned person. 2 / 4

4.Since enquiry has been undertaken by the second respondent, the grievances of the petitioner is redressed for the time being. Depending on the out come of enquiry, if the petitioner is still not satisfied, he is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings at appropriate time.
