Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to demark the Nallur Kanmai area in S.No.25, in Nallukuruchi Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District and desilt the same by removing all encroachment plantation especially Seemai Karuvelam Trees and utilize the said funds for renovate the said Kanmai and Lord Perumal Temple by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2025 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner herein is a resident of Nallukurichi Village. He alleges that Nallur Kanmoi comprised in Survey No.25 of this village has been encroached.

3.We direct the fifth respondent to conduct survey. If encroachments are noticed, notices shall be given to all the encroachers / interested parties and opportunities should be given to them and they will be removed by adhering to due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed by the fourth respondent within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
