The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the Petitioner's properties in S.Nos.25/8D1, 26/6 to a total extent of 2.40.0 hectares situated at Palaiyakkottai Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the above said properties under two sale deeds, dated 21.03.2022 and 15.11.2022. Patta for the subject property was issued in the name of Petitioner in Patta Nos.5568 and 5442. The Petitioner submitted an online application on 28.05.2025 in application No.2025/0123/15/007176 2/5

seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 28.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
