This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to furnish the original documents of the petitioner namely M.Sc., Degree, Mark Statement of D.T.Ed., Grade Certificate of D.T.Ed., 10th & 12th Mark Statements include the Transfer Certificate of M.Sc., along with No Objection Certificate immediately so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the TRB Examination by uploading the original certificate through online on or before 17.10.2021 in the light of the proceedings of the Director of School Education, Government of TamilNadu in Proc.No. Ne.Mu.No.369323 /EniKa/A2/D2/83 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted before this Court that the original certificate has been furnished to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the above fact, on the other hand admitted before this Court that the petitioner has received the original certificate. 4.Recording the above submissions made by the counsels for the parties concerned, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
