ORDER

The above petition has been filed, invoking Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking orders, to punish the respondent herein for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No. 4168/2024, dated 23.02.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the respondent in pursuance of the directions of this Court has conducted enquiry and submitted a closure report, dated 26.03.2024 and he has also produced the copy of the report.
