The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.03.2025 passed in W.P. (MD)No. 4592 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented before this Court that the order of this Court, dated 17.03.2025 passed in W.P. (MD)No. 4592 of 2025 has been complied with. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2019/Aa3/2025, dated 12.08.2025.
